The ambitious style in us. Sets higher and higher goals or tries to achieve a (very) high goal set from an early age. Whatever it is; a hierarchical position/rank, salary or a work environment path. Vertical and ‘the only way is up’.
I-style

S-style
High/quick goals drive not everyone, or ‘having to change for the sake of progress principle’. Gradual growth, often on seniority, is of course also a way to go. Or if circumstances allow it (or demands/requires), scaling down/demotion is also an option.
C-style
