Q4 Clue 882 | Breaking down the message: say it in the right order

You have something to ask, explain or arrange. It’s not the contents, but the order in which you say it that determines whether someone engages or disengages. How do the different styles approach this?

D-style

Thinks: what do you want from me? Wants to know right away what you want and what it’s all about, short and to the point if possible. Get to the point quickly, or you’ll lose their attention.

I-style

Thinks: hi there! Seeks connection and contact first before the message lands. Engages once it’s clear who’s involved and when there’s room to connect and make an impact.

S-style

Thinks: OK… so how does this work? Seeks reassurance on how it will be done and how it will unfold. Feels more confident with clarity, structure, and a sense of what is expected.

C-style

Thinks: why exactly, and is this right? Wants to understand first why something is needed and whether it makes sense. Takes the time to fully grasp it before giving an answer or taking action.
