Elections in the Netherlands on Wednesday. How do we make our choices and vote based on the DISC styles we all have within us?

D-style

Thinks in terms of choices, consequences and action. Determines: what are my priorities, what suits my values? Then makes a deliberate choice and votes with clarity and conviction.

I-style

Discusses it with others: colleagues, friends, family. Wants to know what is going on and likes to inspire others. Voting feels social, a moment of connection and influence.

S-style

Makes calm and thoughtful choices. Seeks recognition, stability and people or plans that really stand for something. Also, the execution style in us, the one that actually makes its way to the polling station.

C-style

Seeks logic, reasoning and structure. Reads up, compares and wants it to be right—no slogans, but substance. And even then, choosing can sometimes remain a difficult decision.
