How do the different styles express their appreciation in the workplace?
D-style
Gives compliments when it really counts. For results, bravery or determination. Brief, firm and result-oriented. No exaggerated praise, but recognition when something is done well.
I-style
Gives compliments easily and spontaneously, based on their natural enthusiasm and also in company. Appreciation is expressed quickly and visibly through words, gestures, and energy.
S-style
Gives sincere compliments with attention, often in one-on-one settings. Especially commitment, loyalty and cooperation are highly valued. Does so gently, but it comes from deep within.
C-style
Expresses thoughtful appreciation based on facts or qualities. No empty words and not quick or bland. But when a compliment is given, you know it is sincere.
