Sees Olympic Day as a new challenge. Full of energy, takes the initiative and motivates the team to “go for gold”. For this style, playing sports and winning together is extra motivating.

I-style

Sees this day as one big exercise party. Participates enthusiastically and gets everyone around them involved. This spontaneous, social style is all about having fun together and getting moving.

S-style

Enjoys the togetherness on this day. Makes sure everyone feels welcome and can easily participate. The focus is not always on competition. Everything around it is also valuable and enjoyable.

C-style

Sees Olympic Day as a project. Prepares everything thoroughly, knows the facts and leaves nothing to chance. Also derives satisfaction from training others and achieving measurable progress.
