Q4 Clue 839 | Doing things alone
What are the strengths and pitfalls of the different styles when they have to do something alone?
D-style
This style can undertake or do something alone for a specific reason. It then absolutely must serve a functional or practical purpose. If ‘it is faster, better or more pleasant’ for me to do it myself.
I-style
Something the I style prefers not to do (for long). Of course, it can be done, but beware of distractions, such as checking your phone. Focus on ‘the reward after this challenge’, then do something enjoyable.
S-style
Some tasks are best done alone, and that’s fine. However, this style must be very clear about how things need to be done. Otherwise, productivity will suffer considerably.
C-style
Likes to do things alone, both at work and at home. No distractions, just concentrating on your own thing. But it can become ‘too much’, creating distance or becoming too wrapped up in your world.
