The final school exams are up again. When we consider the different DISC styles, we can ask ourselves: How do the different styles learn?
D-style
Prefers to learn from excerpts and summaries. Concisely and quickly. A pitfall of this style is that he or she tends to start at the last minute. But have a lot of confidence in their abilities.
I-style

S-style
Likes to learn according to a (set) routine. Starts well in advance and works steadily, step by step towards the goal. May doubt themselves and, therefore, seek help and guidance to overcome this.
C-style
Learns according to a plan and a detailed schedule. Has thought this through before starting. Wants to do everything perfectly. This is also where the pitfall lies: when is it good enough?
