My passion lies in the continuous development of both people and organizations.

In order to grow, you need to take time to pause.
I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful it can be to move forward from a moment of stillness. Had I just kept running, I would never have discovered my talents, my passion, or what truly energizes me. This insight proved incredibly valuable during my career as a manager at a large financial institution.

Eventually, I made the decision to fully focus on what I love most: helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow — in areas such as (personal) leadership, career development, workplace culture, and collaboration.
Through my organization, JECKX, I’ve expanded this work to include themes around wellbeing and sustainable employment.
