Who
My name is Claudia Camu. After several years working in the insurance industry as a claims handler, dispute resolution specialist, complaints officer, trainer, and team leader, I discovered the world of training — and found my true passion.
After working as an in-house trainer for a few years, I launched my own business in 2017: Connectuition — because communication leads to connection.

What
I help employees of companies, municipalities, and public organizations improve their internal and external communication — whether by phone, in writing, during customer conversations, in leadership roles, meetings, or presentations.

How
Through inspiring and practical custom-made training and coaching, I help people better understand their own communication and behavior — and that of others — and learn to respond more effectively.
To do this, I integrate DISC profiles and debriefings, as they lead to quick and lasting results. I combine my personal journey in developing communication skills with my extensive knowledge and experience as a communication trainer — maximizing the learning impact.
