The Q4 Profiles assessment tools are a wonderful vehicle to bring team coaching to life.
Depending on the questions at hand, I use a variety of approaches — creative or not: brown paper sessions, mood boards, strengths exercises, compliments, feedback, models, theories, interactive exercises… you name it, it’s probably in my toolkit.

Most importantly, it’s about helping your team learn how to have real, meaningful dialogue with one another. This creates space for new insights and helps the team become more fluid again. The philosophy of Deep Democracy is something I hold in high regard, ensuring that the wisdom of the minority is heard and that true inclusive collaboration can emerge.
