Q4 Clue 838 | Getting things done
This can be anything from a project task to a chore at home. How do the different styles get things done, and what are the pitfalls?
D-style
The style that gets started. Not afraid of mistakes, obstacles or getting their hands dirty. But starting is one thing, finishing is another. May become bored or lose focus due to other interesting things.
I-style
When others are involved, this is the style you use to get things done: motivate, inspire, and convince. But there are so many other things that are also fun. Stop procrastinating and finish first.
S-style
The style in us that we must employ actually to get things done. This style executes and completes! Getting started can be a sticking point, especially when the instructions are unclear.
C-style
This style specialises in getting things done really well, accurately, and to a high standard. But there comes a point when you have to stop thinking and adjusting; 100% perfection does not exist.
