Give this style freedom, independence and self-responsibility. Allow to make decisions and take on challenges. Where making mistakes is acceptable. Grant them (a degree of) authority.

I-style

Let the I be themselves. Give them the freedom to dream and converse, and let them think outside the box without judging. Create a positive environment with time for fun and celebrating successes.

S-style

Create a stable and predictable working environment with clear rules and regulations. One of equality and togetherness, a strong team spirit. Where commitment and hard work are truly valued.

C-style

A critical environment where standards are high and accuracy and quality are the number one priorities. Where the correct information and resources are available, and above all, time for thinking.
