D-style

If this expression is spoken directly or on a plaque on the desk, then it is probably the D-style talking. Can also implement it in a very literal way. Get lost!

I-style

This is not the expression you will make instant friends with. So, wraps it up. Gets the ‘my way’ done by influencing, persuading, and enthusing. And wraps it up with a smile.

S-style

Will certainly not speak it readily. But may not act or implement something, delay it, or won’t cooperate if it is ‘not my way’. So, eventually, they get their way, albeit indirectly.

C-style

Therefore prefers to do things themselves, ‘’in my way‘’. Independently. But can express it straightforwardly, too. Thoughtful and backed up with facts as to why it is so.
