It could be that you feel a bit ‘depressed’? Seems to be that time of year. Here are some tips by style to boost your energy (combinations are possible, of course!).

 

 

 

D-style

Undertake a challenge with an element of competition. It does not have to be the biggest, tallest, longest, toughest, or most challenging. What matters is being able to conquer and win.

I-style

Do something fun together with others. A big party is always an option but not necessary. Just with the two is also fine, and preferably go out. A change of scenery does good.

S-style

Do something for yourself by taking time for yourself. Make sure you really do what YOU want. Or else do nothing, a bit of lazing around is fine too. Without feeling guilty!

C-style

What always works is to do something where you can ‘clear your mind’. This usually means being alone for some time or undertaking something on your own. And that is fine and also fine to explain.
