They ask themselves this question in the famous TV show, but it can take place anywhere. So, we can ask ourselves, how does a mole operate based on the different DISC Styles?

D-style

Can – consciously or not – increase the pace. This may cause others to fall behind or even drop out. Takes or forces decisions that can sideline the other (team) members.

I-style

Influencer style. Getting people on board, inspiring and above all convincing. Can also (continue to) talk a lot without saying much and distract others from the objective with a good laugh.

S-style

Can be persistent and stoic. Remains calm and composed even under pressure. Takes time to make a decision. Delaying, pivoting, or just getting on with something else. It’s all in the arsenal.

C-style

Keen on details. Know exactly what they say or do or omit. Observes keenly, too, and a detailed memory. Can, therefore, also engage in discussions that do not contribute or include disinformation.
