D-style
An environment where you are allowed to make mistakes. That’s a D trait, however. I go for it; if I stumble too bad, I learn from it and move on! Pay attention to your directness towards others. That can be perceived as too much.
I-style
An environment where you can engage in open conversation. This is especially important for this style because it is relatively quick to blurt something out and say it instantly. And know, exclusion is perceived as very unpleasant by this style.
S-style
An environment where you can rely on each other and equal treatment is essential for this style. And should be discussable, otherwise the danger of it ending up in the gossip circuit.
C-style
An environment where you can contribute craftsmanship to the best of your ability and do meaningful work. Treat each other with respect. Without information being withheld, for example.
