I-style

You also need encouragement —which is why this day! Then, this style serves you well. Give compliments but also inspire and motivate. And do things collectively, too, bringing people together.

S-style

Okay, you have a goal (voluntary or otherwise), and then persevere, push through and overcome setbacks. And not getting distracted but steadily moving forward. The mindset that goes very well with this style.

C-style

This day is also to encourage personal growth! It is a time to reflect on your journey, set new goals, and commit to overcoming personal challenges.
