Q4 Clue 681 | How to get others on board for change
How do you get the different styles to go along from small to significant changes?
D-style
Make it a (personal) challenge, competition. This style is no stranger to change. But if it is beneficial or leads to a (personal) improvement, the D-style will not hesitate.
I-style
Involve this style in the process personally. With much enthusiasm and let them think and dream along. Change is the best thing there is! This person will even promote it.
S-style
This style is OK to change but relaxed. Give information, give instructions, give assurances and above all give time. Time to adjust, get used to, plan and arrange.
C-style
C-style question number one: why? If this is clear and validated, then a change is acceptable. So give all the info plus the resources and time to let him or her answer this question.
