Q4 Clue 815 | Integrity Week
Integrity is a character trait, but we can place various (work) examples alongside the four DISC Style characteristics.
D-style
At conflicts be apparent about one’s position and interests. Do not take sides; oversee the overall picture. And speak up when asked or expected to do something that does not reflect integrity.
I-style
In word and behaviour, address others properly and let them know about possible risks. Avoid gossip and backbiting, and do not leak sensitive information and secrets.
S-style
Loyal to the organisation and act in the interest of the job. A deal is a deal; keep promises, agreements and commitments. And act according to regulations and the law.
C-style
Provide correct information, present facts accurately, and do not hold anything. Report when a mistake is made and take action to limit any possible damage.
