About this training
Personal Interests is about the question of what attracts you personally. What gives you energy? Someone who does not really like routine work can nonetheless keep it up longer when it stems from a specific interest. Personal interest can play an important role in intrinsic motivation.
The Interests Certification Training provides insight into a person's interests. What is someone passionate about and what excites them?
Interests give direction to our lives. They are important shapers of our career and personal lifestyle and a precondition for sustainable motivation.
The Personal Interests Profile answers, for example:
- What is the long-term continuity in this work environment?
- Do work interests influence your job satisfaction positively or negatively?
- How does your personal motivation align with your career development?
- What are your possible energy leaks?
The training lasts one day.
Combine the Interests Certification Training with the Personal Style (DISC) and Personal Values training for a more complete picture of the how and why of behaviour in communication.

Working directly with the source
You learn the instrument from the people who built it. Our own profiles are not translated foreign questionnaires: they were developed, validated and are maintained in the Netherlands. So you deal with the source rather than a distributor — during your certification and afterwards, whenever you have a question about a profile or a debriefing.
Support after your certification
Once you are certified we do not let go. As a Certified Partner you keep developing with knowledge sessions and in-depth masterclasses, all year round.
