Payment terms for Q4 Profiles customers

Cancellations

You can notify us of a cancellation by telephone on 0297 361 484 or by email at info@q4profiles.com

Cancellation up to 5 working days before the start

If you cancel up to 5 working days before the start of the training course, 20% of the total amount will be charged
In consultation with and with the consent of Q4 Profiles, it may sometimes be possible for another participant to attend in your place, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived
Within one year, the same person may still attend the same training course for the course fee applicable at that time, less the 20% already paid

Cancellation within 5 working days before the start

If you cancel within 5 working days before the start of the training course, the full course fee is payable
The course fee cannot be offset against future registrations or registrations by other people
In consultation with and with the consent of Q4 Profiles, it may sometimes be possible for another participant to attend in your place.

Cancellation after the course has started

Cancellation after the event, that is, after the course has started, is not possible under any circumstances and the full invoice amount must be paid.
