The Personal Style (DISC) Certification trains you — through e-learning plus two training days — to work independently with the Q4 Profiles DISC profile. It is meant for coaches, trainers, consultants and HR professionals who want to make behaviour and communication discussable. Once certified you read a DISC profile, run debriefings and team sessions yourself, and use the instrument in your own practice as a Q4 Profiles Certified Partner.

After completing the e-learning modules and knowledge tests, this is the first of two training sessions.

Training session 1 (full day)

The first day focuses on deepening the theory, but above all on working with your own Personal Style (DISC) Profile and practising with cases. We do this using our theory workbook and interactive exercises.

Questions that come up, for example:

• Which questions do you ask during a debriefing?
• How do you read the graph?
• Which special characteristics should you look out for?

By the end of the day you have enough skills to get started in practice, of course with our support whenever you wish. You also receive an assignment to prepare for the second training session.

Training session 2 (full day)

This day centres on reflection. We go through the cases you bring in, reflect on the conversations and continue with the practical side of the profiles and tools. On this day we also complete the certification and, upon a positive result, hand you your well-earned certificate.

From that moment you gain access to our system and all the accompanying service. You are then able to work fully independently as a Q4 Profiles Certified Partner, while of course continuing to count on our support.

To give you enough time to gather cases, there is an average period of 4 weeks between training day 1 and 2. A shorter interval is possible in consultation.

The complete Q4 Profiles Personal Style (DISC) Certification therefore consists of e-learning and 2 training sessions.
