Tomorrow is World Kindness Day. What does kindness look like for each DISC style, in "everyone's own language"?
Kindness is found in the little things that make a difference: thinking ahead, checking, finishing things off, preventing risks, and getting the details right. Compliments are given by specifically mentioning what this has achieved.
Kindness is in no words but deeds: doing/action, fixing, clearing obstacles, helping someone move forward. You give a compliment by pointing out the result and appreciating it.
Shows kindness by caring: listening, thinking along, helping, offering loyalty and stability. Compliments are expressed by showing sincere appreciation for someone's support and reliability.
Kindness is recognition: noticing, humour, enthusiasm, and expressing visible appreciation. Compliments are best given out loud, pointing out the energy or atmosphere someone brings.
