Q4Clue 594 30 Day Challenge
D-style
Start small. Setting a challenge or goal is fine of course, but it doesn’t have to end with 250 squats on day 30. It doesn’t have to be just fitness challenges at all. Drinking two litres of water every day or not eating sugar is also healthy. Or a cold shower every morning 😉

There are also plenty of fun, creative and entertaining challenges. Ask someone every day how they are doing, take a picture, get up a quarter of an hour earlier, do a little job you’ve been postponing for ages, try out a new recipe. And so on!

Or challenges that help you get out of your comfort zone. Have a chat with a stranger every day. Try something you thought you couldn’t do every day. Say no at least once a day. Sounds pretty scary, but remember where you stand if you keep this up for 30 days!

Why 30 days? A lot of research shows that it takes 30 days to develop a habit. If you keep it up, chances are you’ll keep it up. So know that there’s more to it than ‘a fun challenge’. It actually can make you better. Forever!
