I\u2019ve experienced firsthand how powerful it can be to move forward from<\/em> a moment of stillness. Had I just kept running, I would never have discovered my talents, my passion, or what truly energizes me. This insight proved incredibly valuable during my career as a manager at a large financial institution.<\/p>\n

Eventually, I made the decision to fully focus on what I love most: helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow \u2014 in areas such as (personal) leadership, career development, workplace culture, and collaboration.
Through my organization, JECKX<\/strong>, I\u2019ve expanded this work to include themes around wellbeing<\/strong> and sustainable employment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
